Join the Big Party server — fastest for bug reports, and for finding people to play with.
Open the store and press RESTORE. If it still does not show up, email us with roughly when you bought it and the handle shown under SETTINGS → PLAYER.
SETTINGS → PLAYER → DELETE MY ACCOUNT, inside the game. That starts a thirty-day clock, and KEEP MY ACCOUNT stops it any time before it runs out. Section 3C of the Privacy Policy lists exactly what is removed.
REPORT sits beside MUTE on the camp roster and on the pause screen mid-round. MUTE is what actually stops them reaching you; REPORT is what tells us. Section 3D of the Privacy Policy says what a report carries.
Voice is push-to-talk and off until you use it — the game asks for the microphone the first time you hold the talk key, never before. It reaches the other players in your match and nobody else: it does not come to us, it is not recorded, and it is not stored. Turn it off under SETTINGS → AUDIO.
